Accountabilities


Key Accountabilities

To provide support for the Algeria procurement Manager to maintain and develop system administration, system supplier adoption, Data for KPI's, inputs on annual procurement plan, tactical sourcing and contract management activities for BAT Algeria.
Conversion of Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders within systems, where appropriate- Co-ordination with end market stakeholders & executive procurement on tactical sourcing
Support on creating suppliers database

Major Tasks:

Lead the area of PR to PO conversion- to manage the handling and processing of tactical requisitions and ensuring timely order placing and order management
Manage user data, templates and catalogue maintenance within systems
Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables
Maintain documents as per records management
Ensure conversion of PO's as per KPI's defined in SLA

Relationship

Build effective relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

Two years’ experience & BAC+4

Contract:

CDD renewable
